1、根据游戏运营情况，对游戏各个玩法和养成系统的数值设计进行持续优化，并对长期投放进行设计规划，以及配置落地； 2、协助参与商业化数值规划和投放，协助参与战斗数值设计和配置； 3、负责对用户行为、反馈进行数据分析，有总结的输出建设性优化方案。

1、本科及以上学历，2年以上数值策划经验，在长线运营的游戏做过数值设计和投放经验优先； 2、逻辑思维能力强，有优秀的文字和语言沟通表达能力； 3、熟练掌握EXCEL，掌握VBA、Python等至少一种编程语言者优先，对AI运用有一定心得； 4、有数值思维和较强的数据分析能力； 5、熟悉市面上各种主流品类的游戏系统，能深入分析产品游戏系统的核心设计思路和方法论； 6、游戏面广泛，对市面上主流ARPG类游戏和竞技类游戏都有所涉猎。
