日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、协助完成游戏剧情动画、角色宣传动画的制作流程，包括素材拆分、动态制作、镜头合成等环节； 2、参与动态分镜、Layout制作，根据导演反馈进行修改迭代； 3、协助完成PV镜头动态包装，处理立绘、场景等静态素材的动态转化； 4、配合主导演/美术负责人推进制作进度，跟进素材需求与交付节点； 5、参与整理动画制作规范文档、模板素材，维护文件版本管理。

1、本科及以上学历在读，动画、视觉传达、影视、数字媒体等相关专业； 2、熟练使用After Effects，能独立完成基础的动态合成与剪辑； 3、了解Spine/Live2D/Moho/Premiere等工具之一，有实操经验为佳； 4、具备基本的镜头意识和画面节奏感，能理解分镜逻辑； 5、有作品集，包含动态设计、短片动画、剪辑等均可，能体现审美和执行力，有责任心，能按时跟进任务，沟通不拖。

加分项 1、有女性向/二次元/剧情向游戏动画的学习或创作经验； 2、有独立完成过短片或PV类作品（含学校作业作品）； 3、对游戏剧情/叙事演出有自己的理解和热情。
