1、负责产品的整体商业化，包括商业化活动、礼包、系统功能、活动排期等设计与优化； 2、与用户研究、数据分析、研发等协同合作，不断探索和挖掘游戏内商业价值，增加游戏营收能力； 3、根据项目发展目标及需求，参与产品的长线运营规划、版本管理，并负责部分版本内容、本地化功能调优、联动等方案的优化与落地； 4、持续关注用户及社区反馈、市场趋势，洞悉玩家心理，确保长线营收、活跃、用户口碑稳定。

1、本科及以上学历，5年及以上游戏运营经验，至少1款二次元手游商业化运营经验； 2、熟悉二次元卡牌RPG/偶像养成手游，理解活动设计、资源产销、付费深度与用户留存之间的关系； 3、对数值敏感，熟悉游戏运营指标，能够独立完成活动数据分析及复盘； 4、具备良好的跨团队协作能力及逻辑表达能力； 5、热爱游戏，对厨力向、二次元卡牌类产品有较高兴趣和体验深度，能在用户体验与商业目标之间找到平衡； 6、熟悉术力口、日本偶像文化、具备日语N1同等及以上能力加分。
