1、协助核心数值策划，参与游戏核心数值体系搭建，包括角色成长、装备属性、技能效果、经济系统等相关数值设计与优化，确保数值逻辑严谨、平衡且符合游戏玩法定位； 2、负责基础数值文档的整理、录入与维护，协助完成数值模拟、测试与调优，收集并分析测试数据，提出合理的数值调整建议，解决数值相关异常问题； 3、配合战斗策划、关卡策划等岗位，完成数值与玩法的适配，确保数值设计贴合游戏核心体验，提升玩家可玩性与留存率； 4、关注行业内同类游戏数值设计趋势，积累数值设计经验，参与数值相关创意讨论，为游戏数值优化提供新思路； 5、配合团队完成其他与数值相关的辅助工作，快速适应项目节奏，积极推进任务落地。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，数学、统计、计算机等相关专业优先； 2、逻辑思维能力强，具备扎实的数学基础，对游戏数值有浓厚兴趣和基本认知； 3、热爱游戏，深度体验过多款ARPG游戏，能清晰分析游戏数值设计的优缺点，有自己的思考与见解； 4、具备良好的沟通协调能力、学习能力和问题解决能力，工作认真负责，有团队协作意识。
