日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、根据需求，协助落地系统功能、战斗设计，能根据设计方案产出功能、美术需求，并持续跟进落地，确保最终效果符合预期； 2、维护负责模块的配置表和引擎工具，根据需求进行工具优化的推进和落地； 3、参与游戏体验优化，关注剧情感受、系统交互、战斗体验、视听反馈等最终体验问题，能基于自己的理解进行反馈并输出建议。

1、本科及以上学历在读，专业不限，游戏设计、计算机、数学、数字媒体等相关专业优先； 2、能保证每周至少4天，实习时长不少于6个月； 3、对游戏设计有浓厚的兴趣，对优质内容创作有强烈诉求；熟悉并深度体验过多款回合制战斗游戏/女性向剧情游戏，并至少有1款服务型回合制卡牌游戏/女性向游戏长期体验经验（1个月及以上）； 4、逻辑思维清晰，学习能力强，能够快速适应新技术和业务需求；善于沟通表达，有团队合作精神，对待工作有责任心； 5、须至少随简历附以下内容之一： 1）对1款回合制游戏战斗/女性向游戏系统的深度拆解分析； 2）自制的回合制战斗/女性向游戏系统的设计方案。
