1、负责游戏核心系统的整体设计、规划与迭代，包括但不限于成长、养成、资源投放、活动体系、玩法外围及商业化承接等模块； 2、独立输出高质量策划方案，包括需求文档、流程设计、规则说明、配置结构及验收标准，并推动开发、测试、上线全流程闭环； 3、协同程序、美术、数值、测试、运营等团队，推动复杂系统高效落地，及时识别和解决开发过程中的风险与问题； 4、从整体系统结构出发，统筹玩法、资源、活动、经济与商业化之间的关系，保障版本体验一致性与长期可运营性。

1、5年及以上游戏策划经验，其中具备较丰富的系统策划经验，有卡牌策划相关工作经验优先； 2、具备较强的逻辑分析能力和系统思维，能够处理多模块耦合、规则复杂度高、跨团队协作要求高的设计任务； 3、有扎实的文档撰写能力，能清晰、准确地表达设计目标、规则逻辑、边界条件与实现要求； 4、具备良好的项目推动能力和沟通协调能力，能够高效协同上下游团队，推动需求落地并达成版本目标； 5、热爱游戏，对行业趋势、产品设计及用户需求保持敏感度，有较强的责任心与结果导向意识。
