  • Embajadora de CHANEL: la Beauty Advisor encarna los valores de la Marca.
  • CHANEL Insider: conocimiento de la Marca, en sus novedades, patrimonio, creaciones icónicas, saber hacer, compromisos de RSC, comparte con los clientes así como con el equipo.
  • Adopta y comparte la visión de belleza de CHANEL: en CHANEL una mujer es hermosa si tiene confianza en sí misma.
  • Influencer: tiene curiosidad por la belleza, el estilo, el bienestar… y está dispuesto a mantener sus conocimientos actualizados para inspirar a sus clientes.
  • Respeta las pautas de uniforme y arreglo personal en todo momento.
  • Asegura que el área de trabajo esté limpia, ordenada, higiénica y profesional en todo momento.
  • Creadora de experiencias: la Beauty Advisor hace de cada encuentro con una clienta un momento único, exclusivo y comprometido con la Marca
  • Adopta la postura Beauty Confidant: crea una relación segura y duradera con el cliente, basada en la autenticidad, la relevancia, la conexión emocional.
  • Ofrece sistemáticamente un servicio, una experiencia, un consejo, una técnica, una invitación de seguimiento… que convierte cada compra de producto en un momento memorable con CHANEL.
  • Domina los protocolos de todos los servicios ofrecidos en la Boutique; ofrece servicios a los clientes de forma proactiva y los entrega con una ejecución perfecta y con la postura de coaching de belleza de CHANEL.
  • Storymaker: aprovecha lo que sabe sobre la Marca y lo que aprende del cliente para crear historias únicas con y para cada cliente.
  • Contribuye activamente a brindar una experiencia multicanal perfecta para los clientes.
  • Maneja las quejas y solicitudes de servicio al cliente de manera efectiva y de acuerdo con las pautas, puede lidiar con situaciones complejas y desafiantes.
  • Contribuye a construir el negocio al lograr los objetivos cuantitativos y cualitativos de la boutique.
  • Conoce y comprende los objetivos comerciales y mantiene discreción sobre todas las áreas del negocio de CHANEL.
  • Aprovecha los productos, servicios, técnicas de venta, muestreo... para reclutar, fidelizar y aumentar la tasa de devolución de clientes.
  • Captura proactivamente datos significativos de los clientes, lleva a cabo acciones de captación de clientes y gestiona la cartera de clientes de uno... para crear y mantener relaciones personalizadas con los clientes, impulsar el tráfico y desarrollar negocios, involucrar aún más a los clientes con la marca y a largo plazo. Utiliza las herramientas CRM de CHANEL y sigue las pautas de clientela internas.
