Au sein de la Division Parfums Beauté de CHANEL, les équipes de nos trois sites Industriels & Supply, situés dans l’Oise, ont pour mission cœur de manufacturer et distribuer l'ensemble des produits de Soin, les Parfums et le Maquillage CHANEL à travers le monde, tout en assurant l’industrialisation rapide des nouveaux produits.

MISSIONS

Rattaché au Responsable Qualité Packaging, vous êtes garant du maintien de la qualité des composants et des produits finis.

Vous contribuez à cette mission sur le site, en tant que référent qualité et interlocuteur des ateliers de conditionnement, du contrôle réception composants, de nos sous-traitants et fournisseurs.

A ce titre, vos missions sont les suivantes :

  • Participer à la définition des éléments de contrôle par gamme et/ou famille de composants ainsi qu'à la définition et la mise en place des méthodes de contrôle par famille de composants avec la Direction Développement Packaging;
  • Gérer les écarts durant toute la vie d'un composant : statuer sur les non-conformités et assurer la libération des lots, mener des investigations suite à des écarts qualité packaging, suivre les plans d'actions des fournisseurs;
  • Assister techniquement les ateliers et les sous-traitants (audits de démarrage de production, non conformités, expertise packaging…);
  • Maintenir le niveau qualité des composants et produits finis (audits de procédés, bilan qualité, partenariat fournisseurs…);
  • Elaborer et Mettre à disposition la documentation Qualité à destination des ateliers de conditionnement et des sous-traitants

PROFIL

  • Posséder une formation Bac+2/3 en Technique / Plasturgie / Packaging ou une expérience équivalente.
  • Avoir une expérience significative dans les secteurs du packaging, des cosmétiques, pharmaceutique ou agroalimentaire.
  • Exprimer un sens du service et cultiver des relations solides.
  • Appliquer rigueur et créativité pour maintenir des standards de qualité élevés et proposer des solutions novatrices.
  • Maîtriser SAP et O365 pour une gestion efficace des tâches et des projets.
  • Maîtriser l’anglais serait un plus.
