About the job

As the PR Intern for Fragrance & Beauty in the Benelux PR team, you will support press, influencer and launch activity, and be based in Brussels, starting January 2027. You will report to the PR Specialist for Fragrance & Beauty. You will be in direct contact with journalists, influencers and agents, and work with internal teams such as Marketing to secure materials, information and approvals.

What impact you can create at Chanel

  • Manage day-to-day press and influencer requests, including product send-outs, loans, price requests, shooting requests and makeup artist (MUA) requests, from checking product availability to practical coordination.
  • Keep inventory accurate for press products, influencer send-outs and MUA needs so the right products are always available.
  • Support new product launches by preparing press releases, translations, product information, price lists and press materials, working with Marketing and other teams to get the information needed.
  • Monitor print, online and social-media coverage and influencer activity using media-monitoring tools, and turn the findings into media, influencer, launch and event reports with clear analysis and key learnings.
  • Research and select relevant influencers, and help plan, coordinate and run PR events and influencer activations.

What you will bring

  • A strong interest in PR, media, influencers, social media and the beauty and luxury industry.
  • Fluent spoken and written Dutch is mandatory, a good understanding of French (speaking and writing a plus) and a good level of English.
  • Strong organisation skills, with the ability to manage several tasks and deadlines at once.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to take ownership of day-to-day follow-up.
  • A good understanding of Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, an eye for brand-fit influencers and comfort with PowerPoint.
