Au sein du service High-End Business Development (HBD), votre stage s’articulera autour des missions suivantes :

EXPERIENCES CLIENTS :

  • Tout au long de l’année : création brief image, réservation d’expériences clients, commande des outils nécessaires à l’expérience
  • Création de supports de présentation

COORDINATION DES ÉVÉNEMENTS LOCAUX & REGIONAUX :

  • Suivi du calendrier d’événements
  • Coordination avec les marchés sur les besoins d’assets locaux (campagnes de commande, partage des guidelines)
  • Analyses post événement

COORDINATION DES ÉVÉNEMENTS INTERNATIONAUX

  • Suivi des timelines et des briefs avec l’équipe Image
  • Coordination globale de l’événement : agence, prestataires, logistique et transport
  • Création de supports de présentation
  • Gestion de l’outil Event Platform et coordination des demandes régions
  • Support sur la coordination des listings client : expériences, cocktail et dîner
  • Coordination de la plateforme photo post-événement
  • Contribution au reporting post-événement
  • Coordination administrative (création de fournisseur, bons de commandes) et suivi du budget / facturation

COORDINATION ÉVÉNEMENTS RÉCURRENTS

  • Coordination des RDV clients en boutique durant les Fashion Week : prestataire, logistique, budget, facturation
  • Gestion de l’outil Event Platform et coordination des demandes régions
  • Gestion des inventaires
  • Présence en boutique ponctuellement

VEILLE CONCURRENTIELLE

  • Evénements clients
  • Expériences clients

ANIMATION COMMUNAUTÉS GRANDS VENDEURS, HIGH-END BUSINESS LEADERS, HAUTE HORLOGERIE REFERENTS

  • Coordination des séminaires : prestataires, logistique, gestion des invitations
  • Contribution au déploiement des animations au long de l’année

COORDINATION DES CYCLES DE PREPARATIONS VENDEURS AUX LANCEMENTS HIGH-END

  • Création et mise à jour de supports de présentation
  • Coordination des contributeurs internes et support opérationnel des tournages
  • Consolidation des feedbacks

SUPPORT ÉQUIPES CLIENT & VENDEURS

  • Réalisation de présentations PowerPoint et support projets transverses

Profil :

Etudiant(e) de niveau bac +5, vous justifiez d'une première expérience en stage et/ou alternance d'au minimum 6 mois.

Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur, votre esprit créatif, votre sens de l’analyse, mais aussi vos capacités relationnelles et votre esprit d’équipe. Vous aimez relever des challenges, êtes force de proposition et souhaitez découvrir l’univers de la Haute Joaillerie.

Vous maîtriser les outils Excel et Powerpoint, ainsi que l’anglais que vous écrivez et parlez couramment.

Lieu : Paris, 9ème

Contrat et durée : Stage rémunéré - 6 mois à partir de janvier 2027
