Nossa área de Processos & Controles

A área de Processos & Controles atua estrategicamente, em conjunto com todas as áreas do C6 Bank, para gerenciar os riscos operacionais, controles internos e riscos de continuidade dos produtos, processos e terceiros do banco.

Suas atividades como CSixer

  • Realizar testes independentes de desenho e efetividade de controle interno relacionados a regulamentações;
  • Manutenção do mapa de controles internos de cumprimento regulatório;
  • Acompanhamento da implementação dos planos de ação associados a deficiências e melhorias de controle;
  • Interação diária com as áreas de negócios, institucionais e tecnologia, atuando de forma colaborativa, aportando valor, e com uma visão de melhores práticas de mercado;
  • Elaboração de materiais para comitês e fóruns relacionados a riscos e controles internos;
  • Atendimento à órgãos reguladores e auditorias.

Requisitos e experiência

  • Conhecimento avançado de produtos, serviços e processos bancários;
  • Sólida experiência com regulamentações relacionadas a instituições financeiras;
  • Conhecimento avançado de técnicas de testes de efetividade de controles internos;
  • Habilidade para trabalhar em um ambiente dinâmico e em evolução acelerada;
  • Conhecimento do framework COSO e metodologia de Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA);
  • Pacote Office, com domínio de Excel e PowerPoint;
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas de inteligência artificial;
  • Desejável Certificação PQO Compliance;
  • Inglês avançado/fluente será considerado diferencial.
