Nossa área de Comunicação

No C6 Bank, a área de Comunicação se desdobra em duas frentes: Comunicação Externa e Comunicação Interna. Na primeira, a equipe atua para transmitir as mensagens do banco à imprensa e construir um bom relacionamento com formadores de opinião. Na segunda, o time trabalha, entre outras coisas, para informar aos colaboradores as atividades realizadas pelo banco, em especial as que impactam o dia a dia dos CSixers. Esta posição é voltada, principalmente, para as atividades de Comunicação Interna.

Suas atividades como CSixer

  • Construção e acompanhamento da agenda de comunicação interna
  • Elaboração de pautas e textos para intranet e comunicados internos
  • Produção de roteiros para TV corporativa
  • Interlocução com áreas internas do banco
  • Cobertura de eventos internos e apoio em campanhas de engajamento
  • Garantir o alinhamento das mensagens (tom de voz e conteúdo,) com a cultura organizacional
  • Acompanhar indicadores e feedbacks para melhoria contínua da comunicação interna

Requisitos e experiência

  • Cursando graduação em jornalismo, relações públicas, comunicação social e áreas correlatas
  • Interesse em comunicação interna, produção de conteúdo, comunicação corporativa e cultura organizacional
  • Noções do pacote Office 365
  • Excelente comunicação oral e escrita
  • Protagonismo, proatividade, visão crítica, responsabilidade, resiliência, criatividade e bom relacionamento interpessoal
  • Organização e capacidade de gerenciar múltiplas demandas simultaneamente Diferenciais:
  • Conhecimento em fotografia
  • Conhecimento em programas de design e imagem (Adobe Express, Canva, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop ou similares)
  • Conhecimento em edição de vídeo
