A área de Consignado do C6 Bank tem como principal objetivo oferecer aos nossos clientes soluções de crédito em nossos canais digitais de forma inovadora e simplificada com foco em agilidade, transparência e praticidade, buscamos transformar o processo de aquisição de empréstimos com garantia (FGTS, Consignado INSS , Empréstimo com Garantia de Imóvel e Empréstimo com Garantia de veículo) em uma jornada mais acessível e eficiente.

Suas atividades como CSixer

  • Conduzir iniciativas de evolução dos produtos de empréstimo consignado INSS, Consignado do Trabalhador e Saque aniversario do FGTS desde a concepção até o acompanhamento da implementação e resultados.
  • Mapear, desenhar e otimizar jornadas do cliente, identificando oportunidades de melhoria e aumento de eficiência
  • Definir regras de negócio dos produtos
  • Atuar como ponto focal frente aos times de produtos, UX, jurídicos, segurança entre outros, esclarecendo dúvidas e alinhando as entregas e impactos.
  • Preparar material para aprovação do projeto em comitês executivos e gerenciar controle de mitigares de riscos.
  • Realizar análises de impacto regulatório, garantindo que os processos e produtos estejam em conformidade com as normas vigentes
  • Participar ativamente da priorização de backlog e acompanhamento de entregas junto aos times de Produtos, garantindo alinhamento com as áreas internas impactadas.

Requisitos e experiência

  • Formação superior completa;
  • Experiencia em produto Empréstimo Consignado (áreas de Negócios ou Produtos)
  • Conhecimento em SQL e BigQuery;
  • Habilidade de comunicação e articulação com múltiplas áreas.
  • Inovação, organização e orientação ao impacto.
  • Capacidade analítica, raciocínio lógico e perfil proativo para tomada de decisão com base em dados.
  • Experiência com relatórios, métricas e melhoria de processos;
  • Trabalho em equipe e dinamismo;
  • Familiaridade com regulamentações do setor financeiro (Banco Central, INSS, convênios)
  • Disponibilidade para atuação presencial na Av. 9 de Julho em São Paulo;
