Nosso papel é estabelecer padrões, disponibilizar aceleradores e fomentar boas práticas que apoiem as áreas na construção de soluções escaláveis, sustentáveis e alinhadas aos objetivos do negócio, promovendo autonomia, qualidade e governança.

Suas atividades como CSixer

  • Participar de discovery e traduzir necessidades de negócio em hipóteses e soluções técnicas;
  • Construir protótipos, MVPs, agentes e assistentes corporativos utilizando recursos de inteligência artificial;
  • Configurar bases de conhecimento, grounding, RAG, prompts, ferramentas e ações;
  • Integrar soluções de IA com APIs, dados e sistemas corporativos;
  • Executar testes funcionais, avaliações de respostas e tratamento de falhas, garantindo a qualidade das entregas;
  • Aplicar boas práticas de engenharia, incluindo versionamento, documentação, peer review, logs e monitoramento;
  • Demonstrar incrementos, incorporar feedbacks e apoiar a transferência de conhecimento para as áreas de negócio;
  • Desenvolver componentes e padrões reutilizáveis que acelerem a adoção de IA e automação no banco;
  • Atuar no suporte técnico de pilotos, provas de conceito e iniciativas aceleradas.

Requisitos e experiência

  • Experiência em desenvolvimento, automação, integração de sistemas ou soluções de IA generativa;
  • Conhecimento em APIs REST, JSON, autenticação, Git e fundamentos de DevOps;
  • Experiência com prompt engineering, agentes, assistentes virtuais, bases de conhecimento ou experiências conversacionais;
  • Vivência com Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Platform, Dataverse ou plataformas low-code equivalentes;
  • Conhecimento em plataformas de IA como Copilot Studio, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Gemini, Kiro ou similares;
  • Conhecimento em Git, pipelines, testes, observabilidade e ferramentas de desenvolvimento assistido por IA;
  • Capacidade de conduzir entregas de média complexidade com autonomia e senso de responsabilidade;
  • Boa comunicação para interação com áreas de negócio, clientes internos e equipes técnicas;
  • Experiência com documentação, resolução de problemas e garantia da qualidade de soluções;
  • Capacidade de propor alternativas, estimar esforços, investigar falhas e escalar decisões arquiteturais quando necessário;
  • Mentalidade orientada a resultados, melhoria contínua e experiência do usuário.

  • Conhecimentos em RAG, MCP e avaliação de sistemas generativos;
  • Conhecimentos em BPM, Lean e Process Mining;
  • Experiência com agentes corporativos, segurança de prompts, identidade e controle de acesso.
