Nossa área de Mesa de Crédito (Auto | Moto | Pesados | Home Equity | PJ Varejo)

Estamos buscando profissionais com experiência no mercado de crédito, em especial nos segmentos de Autos, Motos, Pesados e Home Equity. Somos uma equipe “multidisciplinar e multiskill” e buscamos pessoas com brilho nos olhos, propósito de crescimento sustentável, consistência e segurança na tomada de decisão. Essa posição exige forte capacidade analítica e habilidades para trabalhar em ambiente altamente dinâmico e colaborativo.

Suas atividades como CSixer

  • Realizar análises de risco na concessão de crédito, bem como aplicar conhecimentos técnicos na avaliação da capacidade financeira de clientes;
  • Utilizar ferramentas de crédito, como bureaux, SCR/Bacen, segmentação patrimonial, cálculo de endividamento financeiro, fatores de risco de mercado e os Cs do Crédito;
  • Conhecer produtos veiculares, composição de garantias e fundamentação da capacidade de pagamento;
  • Manter-se atualizado frente ao dinamismo da área, contribuir com sugestões de melhorias e demonstrar rápida adaptação e resiliência diante de mudanças;
  • Disponibilizar-se para atender novos produtos, atuar fortemente em equipe e garantir excelência no foco e no atendimento ao cliente.

Requisitos e experiência

  • Experiência comprovada na análise de crédito para os segmentos de Autos, Motos, Home Equity e Pessoa Jurídica Varejo;
  • Ensino superior completo ou em andamento, preferencialmente em áreas correlatas;
  • Excelente comunicação oral e escrita, aliada a capacidade analítica, raciocínio lógico apurado e pensamento crítico para tomada de decisões;
  • Perfil proativo, organizado e colaborativo, com facilidade para atuar em ambientes dinâmicos e orientados a resultados;
  • Disponibilidade para atuação presencial na região central de São Paulo (Av. Nove de Julho).
