TU EQUIPO

Tu misión será asegurar el correcto registro contable de las operaciones diarias de la compañía, garantizando la consistencia de los libros contables, el cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias básicas y la conciliación oportuna de cuentas para respaldar los cierres mensuales y anuales con información precisa y confiable.

¿CÓMO NOS AYUDARÁS A CUMPLIR NUESTRA MISIÓN?

  • Registro y Centralización Contable: Registrar oportunamente las transacciones de compras, ventas, rendiciones de gastos y boletas de honorarios en el ERP, velando por la adecuada imputación a centros de costos y cuentas de balance/resultado.
  • Conciliaciones de Cuentas Contables: Realizar conciliaciones periódicas de cuentas contables, tarjetas de crédito y cuentas transitorias, identificando y regularizando partidas pendientes para mantener la integridad del balance.
  • Apoyo en Cierres Contables Mensuales: Colaborar activamente en el proceso de cierre mensual mediante el cálculo y registro de provisiones de gastos, devengos de operaciones de la compañía, amortizaciones y depreciaciones de activos fijos.
  • Cumplimiento y Respaldo tributario: Validar y custodiar el soporte documental de las operaciones (facturas electrónicas, DTEs, notas de crédito/débito) y apoyar en la preparación de información para declaraciones juradas e impuestos mensuales (ej. Formulario 29 / IVA).
  • Análisis de Cuentas: Analizar saldos de cuentas de clientes, proveedores y gastos generales para detectar desvíos, duplicidades o inconsistencias antes de la emisión de balances.
  • Soporte en Auditorías e Informes: Preparar papeles de trabajo, carpetas de respaldo y reportes auxiliares solicitados por auditores externos o internos.
  • Optimización Operativa: Proponer e implementar mejoras en planillas de trabajo y rutinas del área contable utilizando herramientas digitales (Excel avanzado o herramientas de productividad/IA Claude para agilizar tareas mecánicas).

¿QUÉ BUSCAMOS?

  • Afinidad con nuestros principios
  • Formación universitaria Contabilidad, Auditoría, Ingeniería Comercial
  • Dominio avanzado de herramientas Office, especialmente Excel, para el análisis y gestión de datos.
  • Experiencia en Automatizaciones y Aplicación de Inteligencia Artificial (Claude/Python)
  • Experiencia profesional de al menos 1-3 años en roles de contabilidad y auditoría.
  • Pensamiento crítico y atención al detalle para la resolución de problemas y la precisión en los datos financieros.
  • Capacidad de organización y proactividad para gestionar múltiples tareas y plazos.
