¿Cómo nos ayudarás a cumplir con nuestra misión?

  • Diseñar e implementar estrategias innovadoras de retención para mejorar la experiencia y fidelización de los usuarios en Cabify.
  • Colaborar de forma transversal con stakeholders internos y externos para crear e implementar campañas que impulsen el crecimiento de las audiencias y refuercen el posicionamiento de la marca.
  • Analizar y optimizar los funnels de conversión, identificando oportunidades para incrementar los viajes y mejorar el rendimiento en cada etapa del proceso.
  • Utilizar herramientas de análisis y datos avanzados para detectar insights, desarrollar nuevas funcionalidades y potenciar la experiencia del usuario en la app.
  • Impulsar la formulación y ejecución de la estrategia de crecimiento de las audiencias, adaptándose con agilidad a un entorno dinámico, competitivo y en constante evolución.

Lo que estamos buscando:

  • Afinidad con nuestros principios.
  • Graduado en Ingeniería, Economía, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines.
  • Más de 3 años de experiencia en empresas tech o entornos de trabajo dinámicos.
  • Inglés avanzado, tanto oral como escrito.
  • Capacidad para desenvolverse con eficacia en entornos cambiantes y de alto ritmo.
  • Actitud proactiva y ganas de aprender y crecer junto con la compañía.
  • Mentalidad estratégica, con la habilidad de identificar y aprovechar oportunidades de crecimiento.
  • Pasión por resolver problemas complejos y extraer insights clave, con curiosidad innata para explorar nuevas soluciones.
  • Fuerte capacidad analítica para la resolución de problemas, con conocimientos en SQL (deseable).
  • Perfil orientado a la acción, con excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios.
