We zijn op zoek naar een Senior Plant & Equipment Engineer om een gespecialiseerd team te versterken dat verantwoordelijk is voor het beheer, onderhoud en de technische ondersteuning van een gevarieerd machinepark voor bouw- en funderingswerken.

In deze functie ondersteun je zowel nationale als internationale bouwprojecten en combineer je technische expertise met een hands-on aanpak op het gebied van materieelmobilisatie, machineparkprestaties en operationele ondersteuning. Je werkt nauw samen met werfteams en de afdeling Methods en draagt bij aan de coördinatie van materieelactiviteiten binnen internationale projecten.

De functie biedt de mogelijkheid om geleidelijk meer verantwoordelijkheden op te nemen, junior engineers te begeleiden en bij te dragen aan technische en strategische beslissingen binnen de Plant & Equipment-functie.

Jouw bijdrage

  • Je leidt de organisatie van de mobilisatie en demobilisatie van materieel voor nationale en internationale bouwprojecten.
  • Je biedt technische expertise en ondersteuning aan operationele teams op de werf.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de afdeling Methods om een doeltreffende ondersteuning met materieel voor de uitvoering van projecten te garanderen.
  • Je staat in voor de technische en administratieve opvolging van het machinepark.
  • Je ondersteunt de optimale prestaties, betrouwbaarheid en beschikbaarheid van bouw- en funderingsmaterieel.
  • Je voert regelmatig werfbezoeken uit om materieel te inspecteren en lokale teams technisch te ondersteunen.
  • Je ondersteunt internationale materieelactiviteiten vanuit de backoffice.
  • Je biedt technische en operationele ondersteuning aan internationale projectteams.
  • Je bent bereid om, wanneer nodig, naar internationale projectlocaties te reizen voor opdrachten van maximaal één maand.
  • Je neemt geleidelijk meer technische en organisatorische verantwoordelijkheden op binnen de Plant & Equipment-functie.
  • Je begeleidt en ondersteunt junior engineers.
  • Je draagt bij aan strategische technische beslissingen met betrekking tot materieel en projectondersteuning.

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in Industriële Ingenieurswetenschappen of Civiele Ingenieurswetenschappen, met een specialisatie in Mechanica of Elektromechanica.
  • Je hebt relevante professionele ervaring binnen plant, equipment, de bouwsector of een vergelijkbare technische omgeving.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in techniek, bouwmachines en motoren.
  • Je hebt een hands-on en praktische aanpak van technische uitdagingen.
  • Je bent in staat om technische concepten duidelijk te begrijpen en te communiceren.
  • Nederlands is verplicht.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Frans.
  • Je beheerst het Engels uitstekend.
  • Kennis van bijkomende talen is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent volhardend, enthousiast en ondernemend.
  • Je hebt een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en neemt eigenaarschap over je werk.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk en doeltreffend.
  • Je bent flexibel en bereid om internationaal te reizen.
