The Opportunity:
We are looking for a team player with hands on desktop and user support experience and the desire continue to grow in the Air Force Financial Management community. Under general supervision, you will work closely with financial system users to provide desktop support, software license management, application support, and other duties in support of the SAF/FMF AFFSO, AFAOC and DEAMS missions.
This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to properly prioritize and multi-task. Your contributions will directly impact the success of the customers' mission, our team, and ultimately CACI! Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day network and computer administrative duties to include setting up new user accounts on AF systems and help new users file the appropriate paper work/forms required to obtain computer accounts on the Air Force operational networks.
- Perform software and hardware installation, diagnostics, and problem resolution for network and computer systems
- Optimize operations for networked workstations, ensuring availability, reliability, and integrity of computer systems for continued mission accomplishment.
- Provide solutions and resolve complex software, hardware and network malfunctions to minimize interruption to the customers and minimizes mission delays.
- Perform computer system hardware upgrades and repairs as necessary
- Install and maintain computer system software including software patches and anti-virus updates
- Plan, organize, coordinate, and manage the organizations information technology (IT) software and hardware.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Current Security+ CE certification
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field or 4+ years equivalent experience
- Highly professional and self-motivated
- Experienced in supporting Windows based workstation and applications
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Experience working multiple tasks and/or projects simultaneously to tight deadlines
- Good organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.
- Attain Secret clearance
Desired:
- Knowledge of Remedy and Service Now ticketing systems
- Experience supporting Air Force networks and systems
- Experience using graphical modelling tools such as Visio or similar to depict process flows

Pay Range:
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$53,100-$106,300
