Examine workflows, roles, team dynamics, and decision paths, applying psychological and behavioral science concepts to identify opportunities to improve effectiveness, coordination, and adoption of change.
  • Coordinate with program and operations teams to track workforce and operational needs, follow up on actions, and help address coordination gaps affecting program delivery.
  • Coordinate staffing requirements across programs and business functions; help track vacancies, staffing priorities, candidate status, and workforce allocation.
  • Work with program managers, talent acquisition, HR, security, subcontracting partners, and operations leaders to coordinate recruiting, onboarding, training, and clearance-processing activities.
  • Analyze staffing and workforce information to identify trends, resource constraints, and opportunities to improve workforce planning and coordination.
  • Support program and line-of-business reviews by gathering and validating information, coordinating meetings, maintaining action items, and organizing supporting materials.
  • Assist with implementing process improvements and organizational changes, including gathering stakeholder input and examining how changes affect teams and operations.
  • Develop and maintain staffing and operations templates, guides, trackers, and other resources that support consistent processes and knowledge sharing.
  • Coordinate cross-functional operations projects and provide administrative, analytical, and briefing support for leadership priorities and surge activities.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Human Factors, Behavioral Science
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to research, analyze, and clearly summarize information.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across different teams and organizational levels.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance. CACI intends to sponsor the selected candidate; clearance approval is subject to government investigation and adjudication.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
