Responsibilities: • Cross Team Communication & Alignment o Communicate effectively across technical and business teams to ensure timely, accurate, and mission aligned outcomes. o Serve as the primary liaison between engineering, Tier 3 support, system owners, leadership, and end users, ensuring shared understanding of priorities, impacts, and expectations.

• Platform & Tier 3 Support Management o Develop, refine, and continuously improve platform support processes, Tier 3 workflows, escalation paths, and operational readiness checklists. o Partner with engineering teams to ensure production stability, timely incident response, and effective long term remediation strategies.

• User Advocacy, Incident Analysis & Trend Reduction o Represent user needs and mission priorities, ensuring operational decisions reflect business impact. o Analyze incident and ticket trends to identify recurring issues, systemic defects, workflow inefficiencies, and opportunities for proactive reduction of repeat incidents. o Drive short term and long term improvements in user experience, production reliability, and operational throughput.

• Production Issue Prioritization & Remediation Support o Prioritize production support requests across multiple teams and stakeholders based on severity, mission impact, and business priorities. o Enable effective root cause analysis (RCA), partner with engineering to validate fixes, and track remediation actions through completion. o Manage production data changes, ensuring accuracy, auditability, governance compliance, and risk mitigation.

• Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement o Drive consistent execution of support processes using KPIs, dashboards, and feedback loops. o Introduce and maintain disciplined change management practices aligned with the team’s Agile delivery cycles. o Promote operational stability while also identifying modernization opportunities within platform services and support architectures.

Qualifications:

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
