The posting

Buscamos uma pessoa para atuar no Atendimento Digital do Cacique Advocacia, sendo responsável por receber, organizar e conduzir o fluxo de mensagens dos clientes nos canais digitais do escritório.

O profissional será um dos primeiros contatos do cliente com o escritório, devendo realizar um atendimento ágil, cordial, organizado e humanizado, identificando cada demanda e direcionando-a corretamente.

Responsabilidades

  • Realizar atendimento aos clientes por WhatsApp e demais canais digitais;
  • Receber, identificar e organizar o fluxo diário de mensagens;
  • Realizar o primeiro atendimento e compreender a necessidade apresentada pelo cliente;
  • Responder dúvidas e fornecer orientações iniciais conforme os procedimentos do escritório;
  • Direcionar cada demanda ao setor ou colaborador responsável;
  • Registrar corretamente as informações e interações realizadas com os clientes;
  • Acompanhar mensagens pendentes e realizar retornos necessários;
  • Evitar que clientes fiquem sem resposta ou sem direcionamento;
  • Auxiliar no encaminhamento de clientes para agendamentos e atendimentos;
  • Manter organização e controle dos atendimentos em andamento;
  • Seguir os fluxos, padrões de comunicação e procedimentos internos do Cacique Advocacia;
  • Manter sigilo e responsabilidade sobre as informações dos clientes.

Requisitos

  • Ensino médio completo;
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;
  • Excelente escrita em português, com atenção à ortografia;
  • Facilidade para conversar e atender diferentes perfis de clientes;
  • Agilidade com WhatsApp, computador e sistemas digitais;
  • Organização e capacidade de administrar vários atendimentos simultaneamente;
  • Proatividade e facilidade para solucionar demandas;
  • Responsabilidade com horários, tarefas e retornos aos clientes;
  • Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe e seguir procedimentos;
  • Atenção aos detalhes e às informações repassadas;
  • Facilidade para aprender novos sistemas e processos.

Diferenciais: experiência anterior com atendimento ao público, recepção, call center, atendimento via WhatsApp, escritório de advocacia ou utilização de sistemas de gestão/CRM.
