A função terá foco no atendimento de contatos recebidos, acompanhamento de oportunidades de relacionamento, organização de informações e gestão das interações realizadas, proporcionando uma experiência ágil, humanizada e eficiente.

Buscamos alguém com boa capacidade de comunicação, facilidade com ferramentas digitais, iniciativa e habilidade para conduzir atendimentos de forma estratégica e personalizada.

Atribuições

  • Realizar atendimentos por WhatsApp, telefone e demais canais digitais.
  • Recepcionar e acompanhar contatos recebidos pelos canais oficiais da empresa.
  • Identificar necessidades e compreender o perfil de cada contato, realizando os direcionamentos necessários.
  • Manter relacionamento ativo com os contatos que solicitaram atendimento, garantindo acompanhamento e retorno adequado.
  • Realizar acompanhamento de solicitações, retornos e pendências.
  • Manter registros atualizados sobre as interações realizadas.
  • Contribuir para a melhoria dos processos de comunicação e relacionamento digital.
  • Trabalhar de forma integrada com as equipes internas para garantir agilidade no atendimento.

Requisitos

  • Ensino médio completo.
  • Experiência com atendimento ao cliente, relacionamento ou suporte digital.
  • Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita.
  • Facilidade com WhatsApp Business e ferramentas digitais.
  • Conhecimento básico em informática e Pacote Office.
  • Organização, proatividade e atenção aos detalhes.
  • Habilidade para lidar com diferentes perfis de público.
  • Boa gestão do tempo e capacidade de acompanhar múltiplos atendimentos.

Informações adicionais

  • Jornada de trabalho: segunda a sexta-feira.
  • Horário de expediente: das 08h às 12h e das 14h às 18h.

Diferenciais

  • Ensino superior cursando ou concluído em Administração, Gestão Comercial, Comunicação ou áreas afins.
  • Experiência com atendimento digital, relacionamento com clientes ou suporte comercial.
  • Experiência com WhatsApp Business e plataformas de atendimento.
  • Vivência com acompanhamento de contatos e indicadores de desempenho.
  • Facilidade com comunicação persuasiva, escuta ativa e relacionamento interpessoal.
