Buscamos um(a) profissional com sólida experiência em análise, modelagem e interpretação de dados para apoiar decisões estratégicas e automação de processos operacionais. Essa pessoa será responsável por realizar estudos, transformar dados complexos em visões claras e confiáveis, além de contribuir com automações que gerem eficiência operacional e melhoria contínua dos resultados. Responsabilidades: • Desenvolver e manter dashboards, relatórios gerenciais e indicadores de desempenho; • Extração e organização de dados provenientes de múltiplas fontes; • Documentação de processos e fluxos de trabalho de dados, garantindo padronização, replicabilidade, integridade e governança dos dados utilizados para análise; • Realização de estudos e análises exploratórias voltadas a eficiência operacional e identificação de padrões, tendências e geração de insights a partir da análise dos dados, para apoiar decisões estratégicas; • Automatização de processos, com foco em otimização e eficiência; • Capacitação de demais profissionais da área; • Suporte as áreas operacionais; • Atuação em conjunto com as áreas operacionais e de negócios;

Requisitos: • Formação: Superior em Administração, Ciência da Computação ou de Dados, Engenharia da Computação ou de Dados, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas; • Experiência comprovada em na área de dados ou informações gerenciais; • Domínio de SQL e ferramentas de DataViz para análise e visualização (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik ou similares); • Experiência com as linguagens Python (com foco em automação) e/ou R, com foco em modelagem e análise de dados; • Conhecimento em versionamento de código (ex: Git); • Entendimento dos processos de ETL (Extração, Transformação e Carga de dados).

Diferenciais: • Conhecimento ou experiência na área de Chargeback ou Meios de Pagamento; • Conhecimento de ferramentas de Big Data (Databricks, Spark, Hadoop). • Vivência em projetos de BI e Data Warehouse. • Noções de governança e segurança de dados.
