Deine Aufgaben

Du bist das technische Rückgrat für unsere Kunden in der Energie- und Wasserversorgung und stellst sicher, dass unsere modernen Softwarelösungen sicher und effizient eingesetzt werden:

  • End-to-End Support: First/Second/Third-Level-Support für moderne Web- Applikationen & Apps im Asset Management in enger Abstimmung mit Entwicklung & Projektmanagement.
  • Deployment & Inbetriebnahme: Sichere Implementierung komplexer Softwareumgebungen (on-premise oder Cloud).
  • Kundenorientierter Wissenstransfer: Praxisnahe Schulung und Einarbeitung von Administrator:innen sowie Anwender:innen der Kunden, um eine sichere und souveräne Bedienung der Software zu gewährleisten.
  • Projektmitwirkung & Prozessoptimierung: Aktive Begleitung bei der Einführung neuer Applikationen und Durchführung produktnaher Dienstleistungen zur Optimierung der IT-Prozesse unserer Bestandskunden.
  • Qualitätssicherung & Testing: Durchführung von Softwaretests im Rahmen von Produktreleases, um die Stabilität und Sicherheit der Lösungen zu garantieren.

Dein Profil

Du bringst nicht nur ein technisches Fundament mit, sondern auch die Leidenschaft, komplexe IT-Lösungen für nutzerfreundliche Arbeitsabläufe bei unseren Kunden zur Verfügung zu stellen:

  • Qualifikation & Lernbereitschaft: Abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen) oder eine qualifizierte Ausbildung (z. B. Fachinformatiker:in); praktische Erfahrung sowie die Begeisterung für neue Technologien und Branchenprozesse in Energie- und Wasserversorgung sind ebenso eine gute Voraussetzung.
  • Technische Expertise: Datenbankkenntnisse (PostgreSQL, Oracle) samt SQL-Abfragen; Erfahrung mit Cloud-Architekturen, Web-Applikationen oder modernen Deployment-Pipelines sind von Vorteil.
  • IT-Sicherheitsbewusstsein: Hohe Sensibilität für Security-Standards und ein grundlegendes Verständnis für Schutzmaßnahmen im sensiblen Umfeld von KRITIS-Betreibern und kritischen Infrastrukturen.
  • Service & Teamarbeit: Proaktive, kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise mit analytischem Problemlösungsansatz; du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, kommunizierst lösungsorientiert und verstehst dich als engagiertes, kollegiales Teammitglied.
  • Sprachkompetenz: Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie sichere Englischkenntnisse für die fachliche Kommunikation und technische Dokumentation.
