¿Qué necesitas para postular?:

  • Bachiller y/o Profesional titulado en ingeniería industrial, ingeniería de sistemas, ingeniería estadística, ingeniería en software o afines, deseable Diplomado en Técnicas - Modelos predictivos y Estadísticos Big Data y/o Data Science.
  • Dos años de experiencia en el manejo y análisis de bases de datos de clientes en el sistema financiero y conocimiento de la industria de microfinanzas.
  • Conocimientos de análisis de productos financieros y segmentos de clientes.

¿Cuáles serán tus tareas?:

  • Planificar diseño de muestras para identificar segmentos en las que se requiere estudiar comportamientos de los clientes para definir campañas de créditos y/o introducción de un nuevo producto.
  • Controlar y realizar el análisis predictivos y simulación de escenarios en respuesta a determinados estímulos del negocio y exigencias del sector financiero.
  • Analizar las consultas AD-HOC de las bases de datos que requiera negocio y realizar el análisis de tendencias.
  • Colaborar en la calibración, validación y actualización de Modelos Machine Learning, así como en la definición e implementación de modelos de datos basados en algoritmos.
  • Elaborar todo tipo de informes, reportes, tableros gerenciales y otras visualizaciones que brindan conocimiento a los usuarios finales, aprovechando así las posibilidades que ofrecen las diversas herramientas de BI.
  • Realizar presentaciones efectivas orientadas a la correcta comprensión de la información plasmada según el público objetivo.
  • Realizar análisis de datos según los requerimientos.
  • Colaborar en la implementación de los modelos de datos
