¿Qué necesitas para postular?:

  • Bachiller o titulado en las carreras de Ingeniería de Sistemas, Informática o carreras afines.
  • 2 a 3 años de experiencia en posiciones similares de análisis de datos, gestión de campañas comerciales o inteligencia de negocios, preferentemente en el sector microfinanciero o financiero.
  • Conocimientos intermedios de SQL ó PL/SQL.
  • Deseable conocimiento de estándares y buenas prácticas en la gestión de riesgo crediticio.

¿Cuáles serán tus tareas?:

  • Gobernar, dar seguridad y monitorear el performance de las campañas.
  • Desarrollar el proceso de campañas a través de inteligencia y cargas en near real time.
  • Gestionar la mejora continua de campañas y de procesos críticos.
  • Identificar el público objetivo específico para cada campaña, considerando filtros naturales y solicitados por el usuario, con el fin de asegurar el oportuno lanzamiento de las campañas comerciales.
  • Coordinar con los diferentes canales la carga de la retroalimentación del resultado de la gestión con los prospectos, con el fin de incrementar la confiabilidad de la información.
  • Distribuir los leads para la gestión de campañas comerciales en los diferentes canales de atención.
  • Generar y analizar indicadores y/o reportes de resultados de campaña con la finalidad de proponer ajustes a las mismas.
