Coordenar todas as atividades relacionadas à expedição, armazenagem, transporte e movimentação de materiais e produtos acabados, garantindo a entrega dentro do prazo, em perfeitas condições e com eficiência operacional. Controlar estoques, organizar rotinas logísticas e otimizar os processos de carga, descarga e distribuição de produtos de papelão ondulado, atendendo aos padrões de qualidade e segurança exigidos.

  • Coordenar as operações diárias de expedição, incluindo conferência, carregamento e despacho de mercadorias.
  • Planejar e supervisionar o processo de expedição de mercadorias, garantindo que os produtos sejam entregues nos prazos e condições estabelecidas.
  • Coordenar o carregamento e descarregamento de materiais, assegurando a integridade e qualidade dos produtos.
  • Garantir o cumprimento dos prazos de entrega aos clientes, alinhando-se com os setores de produção, PCP (Planejamento e Controle da Produção) e comercial.
  • Acompanhar e controlar a programação de transporte, definindo rotas otimizadas, reduzindo custos e melhorando eficiência;
  • Negociar e contratar transportadoras, buscando redução de custos e melhoria nos níveis de serviço.
  • Gerenciar a equipe de logística e expedição, promovendo treinamentos, avaliações de desempenho e melhorias nos processos.
  • Implementar e acompanhar indicadores de desempenho da área, como taxa de avarias, custo médio por tonelada transportada, eficiência de roteirização e ocorrências de atraso.
  • Zelar pelo cumprimento das normas de segurança do trabalho e boas práticas de armazenagem e transporte.
  • Controlar documentos fiscais e de transporte (notas fiscais, CTEs, romaneios), garantindo conformidade com as exigências legais.
  • Avaliar, comparar e negociar tabelas de frete com base em volume, destino, prazos e tipo de transporte (rodoviário, retorno, carga dedicada etc.).
  • Acompanhar custos logísticos e propor ajustes de frete conforme política e metas da empresa e rentabilidade.
  • Coordenar com transportadoras e parceiros logísticos para assegurar a pontualidade e qualidade no transporte.
  • Liderar e treinar a equipe de logística e expedição, promovendo a melhoria contínua.
  • Monitorar o desempenho da equipe e garantir que as metas operacionais sejam atingidas.
  • Gerenciar o fluxo de entrada e saída de materiais no sistema assegurando a precisão nos registros e a acuracidade do estoque.
  • Elaborar e acompanhar indicadores de desempenho relacionados à logística e expedição, como tempo de ciclo de pedidos e custos logísticos.
  • Garantir que todas as operações estejam em conformidade com normas legais, regulatórias e ambientais.
  • Implementar e fiscalizar políticas de segurança para o transporte e manuseio de cargas;
  • Colaborar com os setores de produção, vendas e atendimento ao cliente para alinhar prazos e prioridades.
  • Participar de reuniões estratégicas para o planejamento de demandas futuras e melhoria contínua.
  • Garantir que os veículos contratados e seus motoristas estejam em conformidade com os requisitos legais, de segurança e documentais, atendendo às exigências de possíveis fiscalizações (fiscalização da ANTT, PRF, Receita, entre outras), incluindo porte de documentação obrigatória, validade de licenças e condições físicas dos veículos e dos motoristas;
