A Caluba Sementes está em busca de um(a) Coordenador(a) de Tecnologia da Informação para liderar a evolução da nossa estrutura tecnológica, fortalecer a integração entre sistemas e impulsionar soluções de dados que apoiem decisões estratégicas e a excelência operacional.

Buscamos um profissional com visão sistêmica, capacidade de liderança e sólida experiência técnica, que goste de desafios, tenha iniciativa para propor melhorias e consiga transformar necessidades do negócio em soluções tecnológicas eficientes, seguras e sustentáveis.

Seus principais desafios

  • Liderar a estratégia e a governança de TI, alinhando projetos, investimentos e prioridades às necessidades do negócio.
  • Coordenar a gestão e a evolução dos sistemas corporativos, assegurando integração, confiabilidade e eficiência operacional.
  • Desenvolver e aprimorar soluções de Business Intelligence (BI), automação e integração de dados, transformando informações em inteligência para a tomada de decisão.
  • Gerenciar a arquitetura de dados, os processos de ETL, as integrações via APIs e as soluções de automação.
  • Estruturar e aprimorar a governança do Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams e Power BI.
  • Garantir a segurança da informação, a continuidade dos serviços e a confiabilidade da infraestrutura tecnológica.
  • Coordenar fornecedores, contratos e projetos de tecnologia, acompanhando custos, prazos e qualidade das entregas.
  • Liderar e desenvolver os profissionais das áreas de Dados e Suporte, promovendo colaboração, autonomia e melhoria contínua.
  • Atuar em parceria com gestores e diretoria, identificando oportunidades de inovação, digitalização e otimização dos processos.

O que buscamos

  • Formação superior em Tecnologia da Informação, Sistemas de Informação, Ciência da Computação, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas, ou experiência equivalente comprovada.
  • Experiência consistente em gestão de TI corporativa, projetos, sistemas empresariais e liderança de equipes e fornecedores.
  • Experiência prática com Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, gestão de acessos e governança do Power BI.
  • Domínio de SQL, modelagem de dados, ETL, Power BI, Power Query e DAX.
  • Conhecimento prático de integrações via APIs REST/JSON, autenticação e diagnóstico de falhas.
  • Capacidade de interpretar e ajustar scripts Python e atuar com Pentaho, PostgreSQL ou ferramentas equivalentes.
  • Conhecimentos de infraestrutura, redes, segurança da informação, serviços em nuvem, backup e recuperação.
  • Capacidade de analisar cenários, propor soluções, gerenciar prioridades e comunicar decisões técnicas com clareza.

Será um diferencial

  • Experiência com SAP Business One, Agrotis, Salesforce, Pipefy, Sólides ou plataformas de integração.
  • Conhecimento em Power Automate, Git e práticas de gestão de serviços de TI.
  • Vivência no agronegócio, indústria, produção de sementes ou logística.
  • Certificações Microsoft, ITIL ou relacionadas à segurança da informação.
