  • Develop go-to-market plans for new products, services, capabilities, and market initiatives, including positioning, messaging, launch plans, and sales-enablement requirements.
  • Maintain consistent brand positioning, messaging, tone, and visual standards across all Cambridge brands and customer-facing communications.
  • Oversee the planning and development of website content, blogs, social media posts, newsletters, case studies, presentations, videos, sales collateral, and other marketing materials.
  • Work closely with sales and business teams to develop campaigns that generate, nurture, and convert qualified leads.
  • Guide SEO, email marketing, social media, paid advertising, marketing automation, and website-optimization activities.

  • Present regular marketing performance reports covering campaign progress, digital engagement, website performance, lead generation, and key business outcomes.
  • Conduct market, audience, competitor, and industry research to identify new opportunities and strengthen marketing strategy.
  • Manage marketing projects from planning through completion, ensuring that deliverables meet quality, timeline, budget, and brand requirements.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders, external agencies, technology partners, and vendors involved in marketing execution.
  • Establish marketing processes, approval workflows, documentation standards, and quality-control practices.
  • Provide direction, feedback, and quality oversight to marketing team members while supporting their professional development.
  • Stay current with developments in digital marketing, AI-enabled marketing, customer behavior, marketing technology, and competitive trends.

Required Qualifications

  • 8–12 years of experience in marketing, including significant responsibility for integrated marketing strategy and campaign execution.
  • Demonstrated experience managing marketing activities across multiple brands, products, services, or business units.
  • Strong understanding of brand management, digital marketing, content marketing, email campaigns, social media, SEO, paid media, lead generation, events, and marketing automation.
  • Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies for technology products, services, or B2B solutions.
  • Strong ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans, campaigns, and measurable outcomes.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets, timelines, resources, agencies, vendors, and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using campaign, website, CRM, and lead-generation data to guide decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, stakeholder-management, and project-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience leading or mentoring marketing professionals and reviewing the quality of marketing deliverables.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
