Parts Advisor - Trainer | Day Shift Passionate about customer service, collaboration and sharing your knowledge? Specifically, in this role you will be responsible for:

Onboarding new Parts employees; Providing basic training to all new Parts employees; Coordinating ongoing training for Parts Advisors; Answering phone calls; Serving customers and providing them with the parts they need; Performing parts inventory; Helping Shipping prepare parts for delivery.

Experience, training and skills that would be helpful:

Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position; Excellent customer service skills; Basic mechanical knowledge (an asset); Bilingual: fluent spoken French & English; Expertise with the Fusion program and Microsoft (a strong asset!).

Qualities you possess:

Good communicator; Excellent ability to simplify and explain information; Good teacher; Patient and a good listener; Empathetic; Enjoys working as part of a team and fostering collaboration.
