Our Saint-Jacques-le-Mineur branch is looking for its next team member!   Salary: Starting at $30/hour Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week   What we offer:

  What you'll be doing:

Process basic and counter warranty claims; Be present in the mechanical shop to support technicians with warranty repair files; Respond to requests and ensure appropriate follow-ups (warranty claims, warranty denials, payments, credits, etc.); Follow up with customers; Organize and ship parts to manufacturers.

  Experience, training and skills that would be an asset:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position (an asset); Excellent customer service skills; Knowledge of heavy-duty vehicle mechanics; Comfortable with computers and technology; Bilingual: fluent in both French and English.
