At Excellence Peterbilt, we are looking for an SAAQ Service Advisor to provide professional and efficient service to our customers while supporting our service department's daily operations. Join a dynamic team where your organizational skills and communication abilities will make all the difference! Working Conditions

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Salary: Starting at $23.32/hour

Work Location: Sainte-Julie

Employment Status: Permanent

What You'll Be Doing:

Schedule appointments, welcome customers, and assess their needs

Open work orders

Monitor and follow up on work progress

Receive, review, and close work orders

Experience, Education, and Skills That Would Be Valuable:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position

Excellent customer service skills

Basic knowledge of mechanics (an asset)

Bilingualism: Fluency in spoken French and English

Strong computer skills

Ability to manage priorities efficiently

Tact, professionalism, and strong self-control

Attention to detail and adherence to established procedures and work methods

Team spirit and willingness to help others
