  • Konzeption und Realisation von Kommunikationsmaßnahmen für interne und externe Zielgruppen - crossmedial, kreativ und mit einem guten Gespür für relevante InhalteSoziale Medien Website Intranet Newsletter
  • Leitung und Mitwirkung an bereichsübergreifenden Projekten zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Marketingaktivitäten und -prozesse
  • Kommunikative Schnittstelle mit Marketing und Kommunikationsabteilung (MarCom) von Campus für Christus e.V.
  • Eigenständiges verfassen sowie redaktionelle Betreuung von Inhalten für Print- und Online-Medien - von der Themenfindung bis zur Veröffentlichung
  • Monitoring und Analyse der Kommunikationsmaßnahmen inkl. Reporting
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Bereich Volunteer Management und mit der Ministryleitung

ca. 25% nach Absprache mit der Ministry Leitung

  • Mitgestaltung von verschiedenen FLOW Touren je nach Begabung und Bedarf, unter anderem bei: Pädagogik, Logistik, sportliche Betreuung, Tourenleitung, Teilnehmende-Kommunikation.
  • Beteiligung am FLOW Volunteer Programm durch die Betreuung von gleichgesinnten Menschen in der Outdoor-Szene.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Die Person versteht sich als Teil der Outdoor-Szene, das heißt, draußen in der Natur zu sein und wahrscheinlich auch hobbymäßig Outdoorsport zu treiben, ist für sie ein hoher Wert.
  • Die Person fühlt sich mit Social Media sehr vertraut und nutzt es gerne – sie muss es spüren.
  • Die Person verfügt über fließende Deutschkenntnisse; Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
  • Die Person hat entweder WordPress-Skills und Erfahrung oder ist bereit, sich einzuarbeiten.
  • Designkompetenzen sind von Vorteil.
  • Die Person ist teamfähig, kann aber auch gut eigenständig arbeiten.
