Rejoignez une jeune entreprise en phase de lancement et construisez son réseau de clients.

Notre client est un grossiste en produits cosmétiques et parapharmaceutiques basé à Douala, créé en 2026. Il approvisionne les pharmacies, parapharmacies, parfumeries et instituts de beauté de la ville, avec une gamme de produits de soin, d'hygiène et de compléments alimentaires.

Afin d'asseoir son activité, notre client recrute trois Commerciaux terrain chargés de développer sa présence auprès des professionnels de la santé et de la beauté à Douala.

Votre mission

Vous assurez la prospection, la constitution et le développement du portefeuille clients. Vous prenez les commandes et assurez un suivi commercial rigoureux de vos clients.

Vos principales responsabilités

Prospecter et développer le portefeuille clients

  • Identifier et visiter les pharmacies, parapharmacies, parfumeries et instituts de beauté de votre secteur
  • Organiser vos tournées et réaliser vos visites quotidiennes selon les objectifs fixés
  • Présenter la gamme de produits et traiter les objections des clients
  • Fidéliser les clients existants et conquérir de nouveaux points de vente

Prendre et suivre les commandes

  • Enregistrer les commandes et en assurer la bonne transmission
  • Assurer les relances auprès des clients
  • Veiller à la satisfaction des clients après livraison

Assurer le suivi et le reporting

  • Tenir un suivi rigoureux des visites, des commandes et des résultats
  • Rendre compte régulièrement de votre activité au Gérant
  • Remonter les informations du terrain : besoins des clients, concurrence, opportunités

Le profil recherché

Commercial de terrain, vous aimez aller à la rencontre des clients et vous êtes motivé par l'atteinte de vos objectifs.

  • Formation idéalement de niveau Bac+2 dans le domaine commercial.
  • Au moins un an d'expérience en vente B2B.
  • Présentation professionnelle et soignée.
  • Bonne expression orale.

Pour réussir dans cette fonction, vous devrez également faire preuve de sens commercial, goût des objectifs, honnêteté et sens des responsabilités.

Les atouts appréciés

  • Expérience de prospection terrain et de vente à des professionnels.
  • Connaissance du réseau des pharmacies et parapharmacies de Douala.
  • Expérience en cosmétique, parapharmacie ou grande distribution.
  • Portefeuille de contacts existant.

Ce que nous offrons

  • Un salaire fixe de 50 000 FCFA
  • Une prime d'activité pouvant atteindre 50 000 FCFA, calculée sur la base d'un objectif de 12 visites par jour (et, le cas échéant, d'un nombre minimal de commandes enregistrées)
  • Une prime de résultat indexée sur le chiffre d'affaires réalisé
