Rejoignez une jeune entreprise en phase de lancement et contribuez à la satisfaction de ses clients.

Notre client est un grossiste en produits cosmétiques et parapharmaceutiques basé à Douala, créé en 2026. Il approvisionne les pharmacies, parapharmacies, parfumeries et instituts de beauté de la ville, avec une gamme de produits de soin, d'hygiène et de compléments alimentaires.

Afin d'accompagner le démarrage de son activité, notre client recrute un Livreur à moto chargé d'assurer la livraison des commandes auprès de ses clients professionnels à Douala.

Votre mission

Vous assurez le retrait, la vérification et la livraison des commandes. Vous recueillez les preuves de livraison et signalez toute anomalie dans les meilleurs délais.

Vos principales responsabilités

Préparer et organiser les livraisons

  • Retirer les commandes et vérifier leur conformité avant le départ
  • Préparer votre itinéraire pour optimiser les tournées
  • Veiller au bon état de votre moto et de vos documents administratifs

Livrer les commandes

  • Livrer les colis aux clients dans les délais convenus
  • Prendre soin des colis pendant le transport
  • Adopter une conduite prudente et respectueuse du code de la route
  • Communiquer de façon claire et courtoise avec les clients

Assurer la traçabilité

  • Obtenir une preuve de livraison pour chaque commande
  • Signaler immédiatement toute anomalie : colis endommagé, commande incomplète, client absent
  • Rendre compte de vos livraisons à la fin de chaque tournée

Le profil recherché

Fiable et organisé, vous connaissez bien Douala et vous avez le sens du service client.

  • Titulaire du permis moto.
  • Propriétaire d'une moto en bon état, avec des documents administratifs en règle.
  • Présentation professionnelle.
  • Bonne connaissance des quartiers de Douala.

Pour réussir dans cette fonction, vous devrez également faire preuve de ponctualité, d'honnêteté, de sens des responsabilités et de sens du service.

Les atouts appréciés

  • Expérience de livraison auprès de commerces ou de pharmacies.
  • Capacité à préparer un itinéraire et à gérer plusieurs livraisons dans la journée.

Important : les candidats devront être en mesure de présenter un ou plusieurs garants ainsi que des recommandations.

Ce que nous offrons

  • Un salaire fixe de 15 000 FCFA
  • Une part variable de 500 à 2 500 FCFA par livraison
