À propos de Cana Rhema

Cana Rhema est un cabinet de conseil organisé autour de deux pôles complémentaires :

  • le Pôle Talents, dédié au développement du capital humain ;
  • le Pôle Entreprises, dédié à l'accompagnement des organisations dans leur structuration, leur transformation et l'amélioration de leur performance.

Porté par le Pôle Entreprises, le Career Boost Program - Audit & Organisation est un parcours intensif de professionnalisation destiné aux jeunes diplômés souhaitant acquérir une expérience pratique dans les métiers de l'audit et de l'organisation.

Le programme se distingue par son approche transversale, à l'intersection de l'audit, de l'organisation et des ressources humaines. Il offre notamment l'opportunité de se former, par la pratique, à des compétences encore rarement développées dans les parcours de début de carrière : la rédaction de procédures, la cartographie et la modélisation des processus en BPMN, ainsi que l'analyse et l'optimisation du fonctionnement d'une organisation.

Votre mission

Vous participerez à des projets internes ainsi qu'à des missions d'audit et d'organisation réalisées auprès de nos clients.

Vous serez notamment amené(e) à :

  • participer à des missions de diagnostics organisationnels / de performance, audits de processus et audits comptables ;
  • analyser, cartographier et optimiser les processus ;
  • participer à l'élaboration d'organigrammes, fiches de poste et matrices RACI ;
  • rédiger ou mettre à jour des procédures, politiques internes et manuels d'organisation ;
  • contribuer à la conception de tableaux de bord et d'indicateurs de performance ;
  • participer au suivi des plans d'actions et des projets d'amélioration organisationnelle.

Ce que vous apprendrez

Au cours du programme, vous apprendrez à :

  • comprendre le fonctionnement global d'une entreprise et les interactions entre ses fonctions ;
  • réaliser un diagnostic organisationnel ;
  • analyser, cartographier et modéliser des processus, notamment à l'aide du BPMN ;
  • identifier les dysfonctionnements et proposer des solutions d'optimisation ;
  • rédiger des procédures claires, structurées et directement applicables ;
  • contribuer à la structuration des fonctions et des pratiques RH ;
  • rédiger des constats et recommandations professionnels ;
  • adopter la posture et les méthodes de travail d'un consultant junior.

Profil recherché

Vous êtes jeune diplômé(e) de niveau Bac+5, notamment dans l'un des domaines suivants :

  • audit et contrôle de gestion ;
  • organisation ou management des entreprises ;
  • management de la performance ;
  • école de commerce ou formation d'ingénieur avec une spécialisation en audit, organisation, management ou amélioration des processus.

Compétences et qualités attendues

Vous disposez idéalement de premières connaissances en audit, organisation des entreprises, cartographie des processus ou élaboration de tableaux de bord.

Vous êtes :

  • rigoureux(se), méthodique et organisé(e) ;
  • curieux(se) et doté(e) d'une forte capacité d'analyse ;
  • capable d'observer et de comprendre avant de proposer des solutions ;
  • à l'aise avec la rédaction de documents professionnels ;
  • diplomate, pédagogue et respectueux(se) de la confidentialité ;
  • motivé(e) par l'apprentissage et l'amélioration continue.
