  • Create flows for statements, documents, tax forms, and related self-service actions
  • Design account maintenance and servicing workflows that reduce reliance on call centers and branches
  • Address complex UI states including empty, error, loading, and edge-case scenarios
  • Ensure consistent information architecture, terminology, and interaction patterns across account-related surfaces

Cross-Platform Delivery

  • Design for mobile and responsive web experiences
  • Create responsive layouts across phone, tablet, and desktop breakpoints
  • Produce developer-ready design specifications, flows, and interaction documentation

Discovery and Validation

  • Participate in discovery, competitive analysis, and current-state assessments
  • Translate customer and business needs into clear problem statements and design solutions
  • Validate designs through research, critique, and usability feedback where appropriate
  • Operate ahead of engineering in a dual-track delivery model

Systems and Standards

  • Design within an established product design system and contribute reusable patterns where appropriate
  • Apply accessibility best practices across all deliverables
  • Support configurable, institution-specific experiences where platform customization is required
  • Help maintain design documentation that supports onboarding and cross-team alignment

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in product design, interaction design, or UX design
  • Portfolio demonstrating complex, information-dense product experiences
  • Strong skills in interaction design, information architecture, and visual design
  • Proficiency with modern design tools and component-based design workflows
  • Experience designing for both mobile and web platforms

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with product and engineering partners
  • Experience working in agile development environments
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience designing for financial services, fintech, or other regulated industries
  • Familiarity with account management, statements, document delivery, or servicing workflows
  • Experience designing configurable or white-label product experiences
  • Experience working in distributed or global teams across time zones
  • Background designing for self-service and operational efficiency use cases

  • Customers can complete key account tasks with minimal friction
  • Account experiences feel cohesive across mobile and web
  • Designs are delivered with enough lead time to support predictable engineering delivery
  • Reusable patterns reduce duplication and improve consistency across the product
  • Design decisions are grounded in user needs and measurable outcomes

What We Offer

  • Opportunity to work on meaningful financial products used at scale
  • Collaborative product trio model with design, product, and engineering
  • Exposure to complex platform and ecosystem design challenges
  • Career growth within a structured design organization
  • Hybrid work environment

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
