• Establish consistent information architecture, navigation patterns, and interaction models across product experiences.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, content strategists, researchers, and other stakeholders throughout the design process.

• Conduct discovery activities and incorporate research, analytics, and customer feedback into design decisions.

• Validate and iterate on solutions through testing, feedback, and continuous learning.

• Demonstrate an understanding of design systems, reusable patterns, and accessibility best practices

• Produce design artifacts and documentation that support implementation and cross-functional alignment.

• Help shape experiences that improve adoption, usability, and overall customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating thoughtful, user-centered design solutions for complex products or workflows

• Experience collaborating effectively with distributed or global teams across multiple time zones

• Experience using research, analytics, and customer feedback to inform design decisions

• Strong information architecture, interaction design, and problem-solving skills

• Experience designing complex workflows, tools, platforms, or enterprise applications

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and translate complex concepts into intuitive user experiences

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain design

decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners

• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to take ownership of work, manage priorities, and

drive projects forward with appropriate guidance and support

• Proficiency with modern design tools and component-based design workflows

• Experience working in agile or iterative product development environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing B2B, SaaS, platform, or ecosystem-based products.

• Familiarity with developer-facing, partner-facing, or workflow-oriented products and experiences.

• Experience designing onboarding, self-service, configuration, or administration workflows.

• Experience working within established design systems and contributing reusable patterns.

• Accessibility design experience and familiarity with inclusive design practices.

• Curiosity about complex systems and a passion for simplifying challenging workflows into intuitive user experiences.

• Use research, analytics, customer feedback, and sound design principles to inform decisions and continuously improve experiences.

• Contribute to a consistent and scalable user experience through thoughtful application of design systems, reusable patterns, and accessibility best practices.

• Take ownership of your work, communicate proactively, and drive high-quality design outcomes from discovery through delivery.

What We Offer

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
