  • Le Poste Missions : Au sein du service achats du client, le poste consiste à assurer une partie des achats directs (essentiellement les achats de composants électroniques), pour plusieurs sites internationaux de l’entreprise, acheteur famille et acheteur projet. Ce poste combine des actions stratégiques et des actions opérationnelles : Piloter les achats de ses familles de composants, tant pour répondre aux besoins série qu’aux besoins projets, dans le cadre de la stratégie de l’entreprise Gérer un panel de fournisseurs en conséquence (avec des actions de sourcing comme de désourcing) Réaliser les étapes du processus achats pour chaque nouveau composant Assurer la cntribution de la fonction achats au sein des projets de développement de nouveaux produits Assurer les meilleures conditions d’achats QCD à la production

Familles techniques concernées : Toutes les familles de composants électroniques utilisées par l’entreprise pour la fabrication de ses PCBA, utilisées dans leurs produits finaux. Outils informatiques à utiliser : Pack Office, portail achats, ERP.

Environnement : Rattaché(e) au Responsable achats du Client, le titulaire sera basé au sein de l’équipe achats du Client, dynamique, forte de près de 10 personnes.

Temps de travail : Temps plein

Démarrage : dès que possible

Rémunération : 45k€ - 60k€ brut annuel, avec avantage, à négocier selon profil

Localisation : Chalon sur Saône (71)

Mobilité à prévoir : Visites fournisseurs (10 à 20% du temps)

Zone de déplacement : Surtout régionale et un peu international

Dans le cadre d’un besoin pour un de ses clients, RHA+ recherche un acheteur industriel.

RHA+, avec ses compétences tant RH que HA (connaissance des métiers de la fonction achats, acciompagne son candidat dans sa présentation au client puis dans son démarrage opértionnel et comportemental.

Notre client est un groupe industriel international, performant et reconnu. Il conçoit et produit, en moyennes et grandes séries, des produits mécaniques.

Le Candidat

Formation :

  • Bac +3 à Bac+5, (idéalement achats).
  • Une formation technique, avec une bonne expérience achats, est aussi envisagée.

Expérience :

  • 3 années minimum en achats,
  • idéalement en industrie
  • impérativement en partie auprès de distributeurs de composants électroniques

Savoir-faire :

  • Connaître l’environnement industriel et le monde de la distribution de composnats électroniques
  • Maîtriser les étapes du processus achats
  • Être une bonne interface entre les tous les intervenants du client et les fournisseurs de ce dernier

Savoir-être :

  • Réactivité, flexibilité et autonomie dans les tâches confiées.
  • Sens de la négociation, qualités relationnelles et de communication (écrite et orale)

Anglais : Courant impératif, interactions avec des fournisseurs.

Informatique :

  • Maîtrise de Pack Office
  • Maîtrise d’un ERP
