QUALITICIEN industriel FOURNISSEUR H/F

Missions :

Assurer la conformité des nouvelles pièces au regard, d'une part des exigences de développement

de nouveaux produits ,et d'autre partie de leur cahier de charges :

  • Audit des procédés de fabrication (process) des fournisseurs pour les nouvelles pièces
  • Homologation des nouveaux produits/composants/processus
  • Maîtriser l'analyse des risques liés au processus de développement d'un produit et /ou d'un processus (APQP,AMDEC)
  • Assurer la robustesse du procédé de fabrication des fournisseurs et leur capacité à livrer des pièces conformes en vie série
  • Gérer les indicateurs et le tableau de bord Qualité du Projet

Domaines techniques concernés :

  • Pièces mécaniques et/ou électroniques

Environnement :

Rattaché(e) d'abord à un Manager RHA+, le/la prestataire sera basé sur le site client, au sein de l'équipe qualité du Client, en lien avec le Responsable qualité fournisseurs du Client, avant d'être embauché par dernier en CDI.

Démarrage : Novembre ou décembre 2024

Durée : CDI prévu par le client

Rémunération : 45 – 55 k€ brut annuel

Localisation : Bonneville (74)

Mobilité à prévoir : Déplacements ponctuels nationaux et internationaux.

Formation :

  • Bac+5 Ingénieur, idéalement en mécanique et/ou en électronique

Expérience :

  • 3 ans minimum d'expériences en pilotage de qualité, concernant aussi idéalement des fournisseurs, dans un environnement industriel, électronique et/ou mécanique, de moyennes ou grandes séries

Langues :

  • Anglais : Courant / Interactions avec des fournisseurs étrangers

Informatique :

  • Maîtrise de Pack Office

Compétences

  • Compétences techniques sur les familles de produits concernées
  • Maîtrise des démarches d'assurance qualité et des outils qualité
  • Maîtrise des méthodes de résolution de problèmes (8D, 5P..)
  • Capacités à mener des audits chez les fournisseurs
  • Maîtrise de la lecture de plans techniques, mécaniques et/ou électroniques
  • Gestion et coordination des actions impliquant fournisseurs et services internes
  • Curiosité sur toutes familles et/ou projets sur lesquels il/elle pourrait intervenir
  • Bonne connaissance des procédés de fabrication mécaniques et/ou électroniques.
