Candlewood Suites - Shelbyville is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our housekeeping team on a full-time or part-time basis. As a member of our housekeeping staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment during their stay in Shelbyville, KY.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality.
  • Replace linens, towels, and amenities as needed.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures including health and safety regulations.
  • Assist with laundry services and ensure efficient turnaround of linens and supplies.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest requests in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Good physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.
  • Reliable, punctual, and a team player with a positive attitude.
