Dann werde Werkstudent/in im Vertriebsinnendienst und unterstütze unser Sales-Team.

An der Schnittstelle zwischen Kund/innen, Außendienst und operativen Prozessen gestaltest du mit deinem Service die erste Erfahrung mit unserer Marke und sorgst für Begeisterung ab dem ersten Kontakt.

DAS PACKST DU AN

  • Erster Kontakt mit Wirkung: Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für Apotheken und andere Kund/innen – am Telefon oder per Mail – und sorgst mit exzellentem Service für einen positiven Eindruck.
  • Aufträge & Backoffice: Du bearbeitest Bestellungen, legst Kund/innen an, pflegst Daten und unterstützt das Team bei administrativen Aufgaben.
  • Vertriebssupport: Du entlastest das Salesteam bei zeitintensiven Aufgaben und sorgst so für effiziente Abläufe.
  • Wirtschaftliches Denken: Du behältst Prozesse im Blick und trägst zur Optimierung im Innendienst bei.

FÜR DAUERHAFTEN ERFOLG BRINGST DU MIT

  • Studium: Du bist eingeschriebene/r Student/in – idealerweise in BWL, Wirtschaft, Vertrieb oder vergleichbar.
  • Sprachkompetenz: Sehr gutes Deutsch und gutes Englisch – schriftlich wie mündlich.
  • Digitale Tools: Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); CRM-Erfahrung ist ein Plus.
  • Kommunikation & Organisation: Kommunikationsstark, strukturiert und serviceorientiert.
  • Zuverlässigkeit & Flexibilität: Du kannst dich an fixe Kernarbeitszeiten halten und bringst Engagement mit.
