O que você vai fazer:

  • Realizar compras de brinquedos, considerando estoque, vendas, giro e necessidade das lojas.
  • Pesquisar novos produtos, marcas, fornecedores e oportunidades de mercado.
  • Realizar cotações e negociar preços, prazos, condições de pagamento e demais condições comerciais.
  • Manter relacionamento próximo com fornecedores.
  • Visitar as lojas e identificar necessidades, oportunidades e possíveis melhorias no mix de produtos.
  • Avaliar a necessidade de reposição, inclusão ou substituição de produtos.
  • Identificar produtos com baixo giro, excesso de estoque ou potencial de vendas.
  • Acompanhar os preços praticados no mercado e propor ajustes quando necessário.
  • Apoiar a criação de campanhas de precificação e ações promocionais.
  • Acompanhar indicadores de compras, vendas, estoque, giro e margem.
  • Elaborar controles e relatórios para acompanhamento dos resultados.
  • Apoiar a tomada de decisões comerciais junto ao diretor.
  • Acompanhar pedidos de compra, prazos de entrega e eventuais ocorrências com fornecedores.
  • Identificar tendências e oportunidades no mercado de brinquedos.
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com as equipes das lojas, estoque, financeiro e direção.
  • Propor melhorias nos processos de compras, mix, estoque e precificação.
  • Experiência com compras;
  • Experiencia com inventário, analise de giro,balanço;
  • Conhecer Excel ou Power BI;
  • Disponibilidade para atuar presencialmente no bairro: Fanny, em Curitiba.
