Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de OPME Supervisionar as atividades técnicas, operacionais e administrativas do setor.

Principais atividades:

  • Receber e organizar as solicitações de OPME encaminhadas pela equipe médica;
  • Conferir se as solicitações possuem as informações e documentos necessários para o andamento do processo;
  • Solicitar cotações de materiais aos fornecedores, conforme orientação e fornecedores previamente definidos;
  • Realizar o lançamento e a atualização de cotações e informações no sistema
  • Anexar orçamentos, documentos e demais informações necessárias aos processos;
  • Acompanhar o retorno dos fornecedores e cobrar cotações pendentes;
  • Acompanhar os processos de OPME e sinalizar ao responsável os casos que estejam pendentes ou fora do prazo;
  • Apoiar na conferência dos valores e condições apresentadas nas cotações;
  • Auxiliar na organização dos processos de orçamento de acordo com as regras de cada operadora;
  • Encaminhar os processos concluídos para as áreas responsáveis pela continuidade do atendimento;
  • Acompanhar relatórios e controles internos do setor;
  • Auxiliar na identificação e organização de pendências relacionadas ao faturamento de OPME;
  • Realizar conferências básicas de informações e documentos antes do encaminhamento para faturamento;
  • Apoiar a atualização de planilhas, controles e relatórios da área;
  • Realizar contato com fornecedores para solicitar informações, documentos, cotações e atualizações de processos;
  • Apoiar a comunicação com os demais setores envolvidos no processo de OPME;
  • Manter os sistemas e controles internos atualizados e organizados;
  • Auxiliar no atendimento às demandas de clientes internos, fornecedores e demais áreas envolvidas;
  • Cumprir os procedimentos, normas e fluxos estabelecidos pela instituição;
  • Apoiar o time nas demais atividades administrativas e operacionais relacionadas ao setor.
  • Ensino Superior Incompleto.
  • Conhecimento em logística hospitalar e gestão de OPME.
  • Conhecimento em sistemas ERP hospitalares (MV ou similares).
  • Pacote Office.
  • Conhecimento das normas regulatórias aplicáveis ao setor.
