Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista Fiscal para atuar na execução e conferência das rotinas fiscais, garantindo a correta apuração de tributos, cumprimento das obrigações acessórias e conformidade com a legislação vigente.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Realizar a apuração e conferência de tributos federais, estaduais e municipais, assegurando a correta aplicação da legislação tributária;
  • Apurar e validar impostos como ICMS, ICMS-ST, IPI, PIS, COFINS, ISS, IRRF, CSRF, INSS Retido, entre outros;
  • Conferir documentos fiscais de entradas, saídas, serviços tomados e prestados, validando CFOP, CST, NCM, alíquotas, bases de cálculo, retenções e créditos tributários;
  • Elaborar, conferir e apoiar a entrega das obrigações acessórias, incluindo SPED Fiscal, EFD-Contribuições, DCTFWeb, EFD-Reinf, DIRBI e PER/DCOMP;
  • Realizar conciliações fiscais, conferindo tributos a recolher, recuperar, compensações, parcelamentos e pagamentos;
  • Apoiar o fechamento fiscal mensal, garantindo a consistência das informações e o cumprimento dos prazos;
  • Identificar inconsistências, riscos fiscais e oportunidades de melhoria nos processos;
  • Prestar suporte técnico às áreas de Compras, Comercial, Financeiro, Contabilidade, Controladoria, RH, Estoque, Importação e TI;
  • Acompanhar alterações na legislação tributária, apoiando a implementação das adequações necessárias, incluindo os impactos da Reforma Tributária.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino Superior completo em Ciências Contábeis;
  • Experiência sólida na área Fiscal;
  • Vivência com empresas tributadas pelo Lucro Real;
  • Conhecimento em apuração de tributos diretos e indiretos;
  • Experiência com obrigações acessórias fiscais;
  • Conhecimento em legislação tributária, classificação fiscal e documentação fiscal eletrônica;
  • Excel intermediário ou avançado;
  • Atuação presencial de segunda a sexta-feira, das 08:00 as 17:48 em São José dos Pinhais;
  • Organização, atenção aos detalhes e foco em prazos;
