The posting

Estamos em busca de um Assistende De Pós-Vendas que será responsável por dar suporte administrativo e operacional ao setor de pós-vendas, auxiliando no controle de ordens de serviço, documentação, indicadores, controle de EPIs, gestão documental para mobilização de colaboradores em plataformas de clientes (usinas) e comunicação entre oficina, peças e clientes, garantindo agilidade e organização nos processos do departamento.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Auxiliar na abertura, acompanhamento e fechamento de ordens de serviço (OS);
  • Organizar e arquivar documentos técnicos, laudos, notas fiscais e comprovantes referentes aos serviços realizados;
  • Apoiar consultores técnicos e chefe de oficina no controle do fluxo de veículos (entrada, andamento e entrega);
  • Auxiliar no levantamento e consolidação de indicadores do setor (produtividade, satisfação do cliente, tempo médio de reparo);
  • Dar suporte no contato com clientes para confirmação de serviços, atualização de status e follow-up pós-entrega;
  • Auxiliar na conferência de peças e serviços lançados na OS antes do faturamento;
  • Apoiar processos de garantia, recall e retorno de clientes, encaminhando ao setor responsável;
  • Manter atualizados os cadastros de clientes e veículos no sistema de gestão (ERP/CRM);
  • Auxiliar na organização de relatórios e planilhas de acompanhamento do setor;
  • Dar suporte administrativo geral ao departamento (digitação, envio de e-mails, organização de arquivos);
  • Controlar e entregar EPIs à equipe da oficina, mantendo registro de entrega e reposição;
  • Gerenciar e manter atualizada, em plataformas de clientes (usinas), a documentação dos colaboradores necessária para mobilização e autorização de acesso (ASO, treinamentos, NRs, certificações, entre outros);
  • Acompanhar prazos de vencimento de documentos e treinamentos exigidos pelas plataformas dos clientes, evitando bloqueios de acesso da equipe;
  • Zelar pela boa comunicação entre os setores de peças, oficina e atendimento ao cliente.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino médio completo;
  • CNH B (desejável);
  • Experiência prévia em atendimento, rotinas administrativas ou pós-vendas automotivo (desejável);
  • Conhecimento básico de informática (Pacote Office);
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;
  • Organização e atenção a detalhes;
  • Boa capacidade de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal;
  • Proatividade para apoiar diferentes frentes do setor;
  • Agilidade na execução de tarefas administrativas;
  • Capacidade de trabalhar sob pressão e cumprir prazos;
  • Discrição no tratamento de informações de clientes e colaboradores.
