The posting

Estamos em busca de um Auxiliar de Mecânico de Veículos Pesados para atuar no suporte às atividades de manutenção preventiva e corretiva de vans, caminhões e ônibus, auxiliando nos reparos, organização de ferramentas e peças, além de acompanhar os procedimentos técnicos e desenvolver conhecimentos na área de mecânica pesada.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Auxiliar o mecânico na execução de serviços de manutenção preventiva (troca de óleo, filtros, correias, fluidos)
  • Auxiliar em reparos de motor diesel, sistema de injeção, câmbio, embreagem, suspensão a ar e freios a ar, sob supervisão;
  • Buscar e organizar ferramentas, peças e equipamentos necessários para a execução dos serviços;
  • Auxiliar na elevação, movimentação e posicionamento de veículos pesados no box de serviço;
  • Auxiliar na remoção e recolocação de componentes de grande porte (rodas, tanques, escapamentos, entre outros)
  • Realizar limpeza e organização de peças retiradas durante os reparos;
  • Auxiliar na identificação de peças e componentes, apoiando a solicitação ao estoque;
  • Zelar pela organização, limpeza e conservação de ferramentas e do ambiente de trabalho;
  • Cumprir rigorosamente normas de segurança do trabalho e uso correto de EPIs (trabalho com veículos de grande porte e sistemas pressurizados)
  • Acompanhar e aprender procedimentos técnicos junto ao mecânico responsável, buscando desenvolvimento na função;
  • Auxiliar no descarte correto de resíduos (óleo, filtros, peças usadas), seguindo normas ambientais.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino médio completo ou cursando;
  • CNH B (desejável);
  • Interesse em desenvolver carreira na área de mecânica de veículos pesados;
  • Vontade de aprender e proatividade;
  • Habilidade manual e atenção aos procedimentos técnicos;
  • Organização e cuidado com ferramentas e peças;
  • Boa capacidade de trabalho em equipe;
  • Comprometimento e pontualidade.
