Estamos em busca de um Consultor(a) de Vendas Interno, com perfil comercial, iniciativa e orientação para resultados. Esse profissional será responsável pelo atendimento de leads recebidos, condução de negociações e desenvolvimento de oportunidades comerciais no mercado B2B.

Procuramos alguém com postura hunter, que saiba transformar contatos em negócios, identificar novas possibilidades dentro das negociações e atuar de forma proativa para alcançar resultados.

Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Atender leads recebidos, compreender suas necessidades e identificar oportunidades de negócio.
  • Conduzir negociações comerciais consultivas, apresentando soluções adequadas ao perfil de cada cliente.
  • Realizar follow-ups estratégicos para avançar as oportunidades e aumentar a conversão em vendas.
  • Gerenciar o funil comercial, acompanhando leads, propostas, negociações e fechamentos.
  • Identificar oportunidades de expansão de vendas e desenvolver novos negócios junto aos clientes.
  • Realizar prospecção ativa de forma complementar, buscando novas oportunidades comerciais.
  • Elaborar propostas, negociar condições comerciais e acompanhar pedidos.
  • Manter o CRM atualizado com históricos, atividades e etapas das negociações.
  • Desenvolver relacionamento com clientes, visando fidelização e novas oportunidades de negócio.
  • Acompanhar indicadores comerciais e atuar para o atingimento das metas.
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com as áreas internas para garantir um atendimento eficiente e alinhado às necessidades dos clientes.

Requisitos:

  • Experiência com vendas internas e negociação B2B.
  • Vivência no atendimento de leads e condução de negociações até o fechamento.
  • Perfil hunter, com iniciativa, senso de oportunidade e atitude comercial.
  • Boa comunicação, argumentação e capacidade de negociação.
  • Conhecimento em CRM e processos comerciais.
  • Organização para gerenciar oportunidades, prioridades e follow-ups.
  • Perfil dinâmico, proativo e orientado a metas e resultados.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência com vendas técnicas ou soluções para empresas.
  • Conhecimento em ERP e Pacote Office.
  • Ensino superior cursando ou completo.
  • Residir em Hortolândia – SP ou região.
  • Interesse em crescimento e desenvolvimento na área comercial.
