Estamos em busca de um(a) Enfermeiro(a) de Radioterapia que será responsável por atuar no planejamento, organização e execução de atividades de enfermagem especializada em radioterapia, contribuindo para a elaboração e implantação de protocolos e rotinas, sempre de acordo com a legislação vigente e os padrões de qualidade e segurança estabelecidos pela instituição.

Principais atividades

  • Acompanhar e supervisionar as atividades da equipe de enfermagem, orientando quanto às técnicas, procedimentos e cuidados necessários.
  • Realizar acolhimento e consulta de enfermagem aos pacientes em radioterapia.
  • Orientar pacientes e familiares sobre o tratamento, riscos e possíveis efeitos colaterais.
  • Elaborar planos de cuidados individualizados para pacientes oncológicos.
  • Realizar procedimentos privativos do enfermeiro e garantir a assistência segura ao paciente.
  • Encaminhar pacientes para atendimento multidisciplinar quando necessário.
  • Participar de reuniões clínicas e da elaboração, execução e avaliação de protocolos assistenciais.
  • Promover treinamentos e contribuir para o desenvolvimento técnico da equipe.
  • Notificar reações adversas e incidentes relacionados à assistência em radioterapia.
  • Garantir o cumprimento das normas de segurança do paciente, controle de infecções e utilização de EPIs.
  • Acompanhar indicadores de qualidade e propor melhorias nos processos assistenciais.
  • Manter-se atualizado sobre avanços tecnológicos e práticas relacionadas ao tratamento oncológico em radioterapia.
  • Ensino superior completo em Enfermagem.
  • Especialização em Oncologia Clínica.
  • Experiência no setor de radioterapia será considerada um diferencial.
  • Boa comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal.
  • Compromisso com a qualidade e segurança do paciente.
  • Comprometimento, senso de dono e orientação para resultados.
